Under the implementation of the “Life4LV” project and the mSensis’ collaboration with the Laboratory of Experimental Ophthalmology of A.U.Th., the last-mentioned successfully participated in the 33rd European Ophthalmology Conference, which took place in Madrid, Spain on 14th – 15th of November, 2019. The representatives of the university (Karampatakis V., Almaliotis D., Karamitopoulos L., Kalliris G., Almpanidou S.) made an appearance with their presentation entitled: “Design and validation of a novel color test to assess patients with visual impairment”.

A particularly honorable moment in the conference was the awarding of the Professor of Ophthalmology Mr. Vassilios Karampatakis with the Certificate of Recognition for Moderating.

This conference brings together a wide range of researchers and renowned professors in the field of ophthalmology and research from all over Europe and the world, as it has global reputation and international outreach.
